2) ACUPRESSURE MASSAGE
Is so very important and effective in creating a line of communication throughout the entire body, which will help improve nerve conductivity and circulation to all the vital organs in the body, with the most important being the circulation and complete nerve communication to the Brain.
The Brain work involved in THE ORIENTAL FOOT DETOX TREATMENT is done at the beginning and the end of the treatment, because of my belief in the brain being the most important area of the treatment.
ACUPRESSURE has been used for thousands of years in China, acupressure applies the same principles as acupuncture to promote relaxation and wellness and to treat disease. Sometimes called pressure acupuncture, acupressure is often thought of as simply acupuncture without the needles.
What Is the Theory Behind Acupressure?
Acupressure is just one of a number of Asian bodywork therapies (ABT) with roots in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Examples of other Asian bodywork therapies are medical qigong and Tuina. Shiatsu is a Japanese form of acupressure. Traditional Chinese medical theory describes special acupoints, or acupressure points, that lie along meridians, or channels, in your body. These are the same energy meridians and acupoints as those targeted with acupuncture. It is believed that through these invisible channels flows vital energy -- or a life force called qi (ch'i). It is also believed that these 12 major meridians connect specific organs or networks of organs, organizing a system of communication throughout your body. The meridians begin at your fingertips, connect to your brain, and then connect to an organ associated with a certain meridian. According to this theory, when one of these meridians is blocked or out of balance, illness can occur. Acupressure and acupuncture are among the types of TCM that are thought to help restore balance.
How Does Acupressure Work? Acupressure practitioners use their fingers, palms, elbows or feet, or special devices to apply pressure to acupoints on the body's meridians. Sometimes, acupressure also involves stretching or acupressure massage, as well as other methods. During an acupressure session, you lie fully clothed on a soft massage table. The practitioner gently presses on acupressure points on your body. A session typically lasts about one hour. You may need several sessions for the best results. The goal of acupressure or other types of Asian bodywork is to restore health and balance to the body's channels of energy and to regulate opposing forces of yin (negative energy) and yang (positive energy). Some proponents claim acupressure not only treats the energy fields and body but also the mind, emotions, and spirit. Some even believe that therapists can transmit the vital energy (external qi) to another person. Not all Western practitioners believe that this is possible or even that these meridians exist. Instead, they attribute any results to other factors, such as reduced muscle tension, improved circulation, or stimulation of endorphins, which are natural pain relievers.

3) REFLEXOLOGY ON HEAD, HANDS AND FEET
Reflexology provides key benefits like reducing stress, easing pain, and improving sleep. It is a type of therapy that applies pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, or ears to help the body heal itself. [1, 2, 3]
Common Health Benefits
Stress relief: Calms the nervous system to lower everyday worry and tension.
Pain reduction: May ease low-back pain, headaches, and arthritis discomfort.
Better sleep: Helps adults and menopausal women sleep more deeply and wake up less often.
Improved mood: Boosts general well-being and helps lift feelings of depression or anxiety.
4) INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE
The Indian head massage, also known by the portmanteau "champissage" (chämpi—the Indian word for massage in many dialects + massage), is based on the ancient Ayurvedic form of healing that dates back almost 4,000 years. It works the upper three chakras: vishuddha, ajna, and sahasrara, [1] and can be used for physical harmony, for healing, for vitality, and for good, old-fashioned relaxation
5) DEEP TISSUE TOOL MASSAGE: WITH A FASCIA BLASTER
Fascia is the head to toe, arm to arm, inside-out connective tissue. It divides our muscles and penetrates them like the internal skin of an orange. It also surrounds virtually every structure of the human body. If we were able to peek inside our bodies and only see the fascia, we would look like a human form of cotton candy with mummy-like bandages running throughout. The entire fascia system is connected in ONE piece like a 3D spider-web. It's so obvious, how did we miss this?
Ashley Black Guru explains there are 4 types of fascia:
Structural fascia- Runs in long strips through the body. Visible in chicken meat just below the skin. The white silky membrane.
Inter-structural fascia- Is present inside muscles and connects muscles to other muscles and to the bones. Visible when eating steak, the cobweb-like material.
Visceral fascia- The “goop” inside our abdominal cavity that surrounds our organs and digestive system.
Spinal fascia- the straw like thick casing that surrounds the spinal column
The fascia has a brush point with literally every other system of the body. It is as, or more significant than any other system. Having loose, healthy fascia is vital for overall health and well-being. Healthy fascia also makes us look, feel, and function better!
6) Wyoming Acupressure Stones
these stones are from Wyo and carved by my brother
These HOT acupressure stones are acupuncture-without-needles technique to help relax and ease pain from sore muscles, by applying pressure points over a small area of the body, or even over the acupressure points of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Acupressure is an ancient Chinese healing method that involves applying pressure to certain points on the body to relieve pain. The human body has fourteen "meridians" that carry energy throughout the body.
These meridians start at the fingertips, connect to the brain, and then connect to the organ associated with the specific meridian.
Acupressure deals with all the aspects of a person as a whole: body, emotions, mind, and spirit as one, not as separate parts. It relaxes muscular tension and balances the vital life forces of the body.
